How can I get free home electricity?

First we must sweep away technology suppression by making it foolish to claim that it's impossible to make power with no operating cost.

To do this we will first have a massively attended exposition of a technology that makes power for free, and then we can bring that free power to you at your home.

The objective first is to shatter the political interference and it's belief that with an adequate number of people mutually witnessing the technologies together, the opposition will have no option but to relent and join the party.

When 1.6 million free electricity registrants are signed up to receive free electricity, we'll invite you to the demonstration event nearest your home. These are planned to happen in or near the most populated cities in your state or province.

Presently we have about half the 1.6 million registrants needed for a successful demonstration. You can help us gather the other half needed just by sending your friends, relatives and associates here to register.

What are the benefits of getting a registration now, relative to waiting till after the demonstration?

Witnesses are key to making this happen, so we plan to give witnesses their electricity absolutely for FREE. There is no cost for the registration for free electricity. We plan on providing attendees with 9 more sign up sheets. You may then offer these to others each of whom would have to pay a $2000 for the same registration you received for FREE - because you attended the show and helped make it possible to deliver free electricity to you. So in order to get a registration after the event, you'll have to know someone who went to the show, plus you'll have to pay $2000 to get it.

Can I bring my Wife or Husband to the demonstration?

Yes absolutely, please bring your whole family and even your neighbors. Naturally we hope that your neighbors will get signed up before the demo, since only people who have signed up their home address will be able to be validated and in-line to receive free electricity among the first 1.6 million, in first-come-first-served order. You can bring a car load or a bus load if you like. The whole idea is to get witnesses into these technology demonstrations and to prove the future technology.

The more witnesses the better, but all who come must be themselves, or accompanied by, a person who has a bar-coded invitation that comes by mail to those who are registered for free electricity.

Are you receiving free electricity at your home now?

No. We need a large scale witnessing event before free electricity technology can finally be installed and not be confiscated by government and those who control it. For many years, the problem delivering free electricity to you hasn't been technical, it's been political - and the solution we think will come with a large scale demonstration.

When can we expect the units to be released?

At soon as possible, in first-come-first-served order based on registration date, after the technology demonstration in football stadiums.

Many people ask "why we aren't planning to just SELL Free Electricity machines?

If you have the goose that lays golden eggs, do you sell the goose or the eggs?

Why is UCSA trying to sign up 1.6 million witnesses before releasing the technology to the public?

If you're asking that question then you might not realize that the government has been preventing you from having revolutionary technology for quite some time. In the book "The Alternative ", by Dennis Lee, Dennis documents how the government has been "protecting" you from miracle technologies for some time. He describes the resistance he has encountered bringing free electricity to you, having begun his quest in the late 1980s. Back then, Dennis demonstrated a low temperature phase change free electricity machine for 600 people in a room. Subsequently local law enforcement officials raided his headquarters and took all the technologies along with proprietary records, both technical and financial. Then after a long legal battle with constant harassment from "the powers that be", Dennis realized that he had made a tragic mistake by announcing the technology without public support necessary to overcome resistance from those who profit from the current methods of generating electricity. Avoiding this mistake now, Dennis hopes to release free electricity technology when we have a base of support in place.

Why shouldn't I just wait to sign up until the units are released?

There are 4 compelling reasons to sign up before the technology comes out.

1) The registration for free electricity is presently free - or included with some purchase to cover administrative costs. Since the cost to get a registration after the demonstration event may be $2000, signing up now could save you $2000.

2) Since registrations will be held by those who go to the demonstration, you'll have to be fortunate enough to find or know one, in order to get a free electricity registration.

3) Since machines will be installed in first come first served order, the first 1.6 million will be getting their machines before anyone else.

4) Plan B is going on now and bodes of a possible economic meltdown. Life as you know it might be best preserved by being signed up since people who are signed up might end up being the only people with power.

If I register for Free Electricity and eventually a machine is put on my property will I ever have to pay for it?

NO! Under the current plan, you'll never pay one dime for the electricity we make for you, or for a machine. The power is FREE to you, since we'll be making money selling the excess power from our machine. Since the machine isn't yours, you don't have to pay for it or maintain it. That's our job.

I live in an apartment. Can I get free electricity too?

Yes - we plan to pay your electric bill and put the machine elsewhere. What's important is the political awareness you create by promoting and attending football stadium demonstrations.

How much does the installation cost me?

Nothing! ITEC (the International Tesla Electric Company) will own the unit. You don't have to pay one penny for the installation or maintenance.

It sounds too good to be true.

So was "heavier than air flight" and "communication over wires". Every revolution in technology was considered "too good to be true", before it became a fact.

We're rewarding you for your willingness to come and witness our mass public event. We can easily afford to offer you power indefinitely, because of the abundance of energy we'll be able to supply to you once suppression is overcome.

How is the delivery schedule determined?
By registration date. The earlier your registration is recorded, the sooner we may be able to install a free electricity generator system at your home.
Can I continue to get power from the grid if the generator fails?

Yes. The equipment we provide will be reliable, but as with any mechanical electrical electronic device, malfunctions are possible. If the plan is unchanged, you'll stay connected with the power company. Electricity can flow either way. Under our plan, if our generator goes down, the system will either be automatically or manually switched to the grid, and ITEC will pay for the electricity you use until our unit is back on line. If we're successful, your power will be free indefinitely to you either from our generator or from the power company.

How long will ITEC give me free electricity if I register?

ITEC will supply your electricity for free for as long as the electricity we produce can be sold.

If I move, can the generator go where I'm going?

Yes, if you have a generator. Keep in mind that we may opt instead to pay all of your electric bills - depending on markets for power where you live and where you are going. If the generator goes with you, certain requirements will be made of you by UCSA, such that proper care is taken to move the generator safely.

I own an apartment building with "x" number of units. Can I register my apartments for free electricity?

Yes - UCSA will accept registrations from each of the apartment dwellers, so you must get them to register individually, and there should be separate meters for each apartment.

Does the unit need to be inside or can it be outside?

It will go either inside or outside. We can put it in the garage, the basement or next to your service entrance outside.

Due to my isolated location I'm not connected to the grid. Can I register for free electricity too?

Yes you can register. Understand that our present plan is to supply people who are on the electric grid so that we can feed our excess power back over the grid or pay your electric bill at our option. If you have no grid attachment at the present time, perhaps you will have one by the time we are ready to supply electricity to you, or something else may change to make it feasible for us to supply your electricity for free.

Is the unit quiet and how large will it be?

There are several devices for making free electricity in research, but the system we'd likely install might be about the same size as noise level as a typical outside air conditioner unit.

Q. Is the allotment you're offering of 26,000 kilowatt hours per year, enough to run everything in my home?

A. Yes it should. On average, an all electric home in America uses 2 kW per hour. Since 26,000 kWh per year is about 3 kW per hour, we're offering you 50% more than the national average usage. The peak demand for most homes usually does not exceed 10-15 kW per hour, and we expect the generator should produce 30 kWh, so peak demand shouldn't be a problem. In fact, the transformer that supplies electricity to your home is probably rated at 30 kva (Kilovolt amps) which is the same amount the generator is expected to produce, and since the average usage for an all electric home is only 2 kWh, our future 30 kWh generator should produce enough power for your average demand plus 14 of your neighbors.

Q. What happens if we use more than 26,000 kWh per year?

A. Chances are slim of this happening, but if you managed to exceed the monthly allotment, then you'd only pay for the the excess power at the same rate we'd be getting from the electric company, so you'd be buying the excess at wholesale rates.
Q. Where will the generator be installed?

A. Most likely on a pad outside your house similar to the pad that an external air conditioner would sit on. Remember we may opt instead to pay your power bills, if the power company in your area refuses to buy our electricity, or if the market for power dictates that we put your machine elsewhere and simply pay your electric bill.
Q. Aren't there laws that prevent you from selling power back to the electric companies?

A. No, in fact there is a federal law that was enacted in 1996 that says anyone can be an independent power producer. Anyone can put a generator (diesel, gas, wind, solar) on their house and the electric company must buy back the excess power they produce. It's just that most people don't do this because the costs of these systems have been kept prohibitive.

Q. If my state has a law against selling power back over the grid from a home generator, how will I get electricity for free?

A. We'll simply pay your electric bill if anything interferes with us putting a machine on you home.

Q. Can I sign up to put units on my business?

A. No. We are only allowing these units to be put on homes. We may have a program in the future for commercial users.

Q. What happens if I move before the generator is installed?

A. Please update us if you move with your new address and contact info, so you can receive the notice and go to the demonstration. It's free to update your Free Electricity Registration information anytime by E-mail. Just click contact me, and send an E-Mail with your new, address, city, state (province), postal code, phone number, (optionally work and mobile phone numbers) and email address! If you have a separate mailing and physical address you may include both, but I absolutely need a physical (installation) address for you to be registered for free electricity. It speeds the process if you include your registration number, but if you can't find it, I can also look you up by name. If you don't have an E-Mail address for the address change, you can mail $1 to cover postage and extra handling, and you'll receive your new registration and confirmation via snail mail.
Q. If I die, can my family still receive free electricity?

A. Yes, just follow the instructions above for a change of address and include the new name. Your Free Electricity will be provided to your heirs and their heirs ad-infinitum, for as long as we can sell the excess electricity.

Q. What will happen on free electricity demonstration day?

A. We currently plan on demonstrating future free electricity systems in 100 football stadiums nationwide plus 20 demos in Canada. Under our current plan, if you register and come to the demonstration, you'll be in line to receive free electricity at no cost ever. You'll also be offered 9 invitations for your relatives, friends and associates, each of whom must pay $2000 for the same registration you received for free, because they didn't have your willingness to get signed up in advance.

With your registration you'll be among the first 1.6 million to get power for free, and your assignees will come after you even though they are paying $2000 each while you pay NOTHING! in this way we'll have the total of 16 million total people who's involvement cause us to be able to power the whole of North America with no pollution.

Q. Isn't "free electricity" technology impossible?

A. People have been saying that all kinds of things were impossible that we now know are quite possible. Think about the things that we take for granted that 100 to 200 years ago would have seemed impossible. This list would certainly include television, radio, VCRs, automobiles, airplanes, space travel, lasers, atomic energy, atomic bombs, internal combustion engines. This list could go on for pages. Even the Wright brothers flew their airplane for five years before the media would pay any attention to them.

Q. I've been a firm believer for some time now that the powers that be - do have a death grip on new, potentially world-improving technologies.

A. The question that always arises whenever I speak of this with people is, "but what about the millions of people who are employed within these industries who would be without a job if these new technologies were allowed to be developed?" I tell them that many more jobs would be created if these new technologies get a chance to be developed and those displaced workers can easily find a niche working for the betterment of mankind producing real beneficial technologies. Yes - two wonderful things would happen right away if these technologies come forward.

1) There would instantly be a large number of American jobs constructing the new generator systems, transporting them, installing them and administrating it all, so we would be putting America back to work.

2) The cost of everything would decrease, and continue to decrease as these technologies were employed, since up to 70% of the cost of many items you buy is the cost of energy to produce them plus the cost of transportation to bring them to you, both of which will be reduced drastically as free energy technologies are utilized. As I'm sure you understand if things cost less we'll enjoy more leisure time with our children and in other pursuits, and less time slaving to make ends meet.

The Science of HHO Combustion Enhancement

The technology of using hydrogen as a combustion enhancement in internal combustion engines has been researched and proven for many years. The benefits are factual and well documented. Our own utilization of this technology. i.e. the hydrogen injection system, has also been tested and proven both by institutions and in hundreds of practical applications in road vehicles. 

Here is a synopsis of a sampling of the research that has been done: 
In 1974 John Houseman and D.J/Cerini of the Jet Propulsion Lab, California Institute of Technology produced a report for the Society of Automotive Engineers entitled “On-Board Hydrogen Generator for a Partial Hydrogen Injection Internal Combustion Engine”. 
In 1974 F.W. Hoehn and M.W. Dowy of the Jet Propulsion Lab, prepared a report for the 9th Inter society Energy Conversion Engineering Conference, entitled “Feasibility Demonstration of a Road Vehicle Fueled with Hydrogen Enriched Gasoline.” 

In the early eighties George Vosper P. Eng., ex-professor of Dynamics and Canadian inventor, designed and patented a device to transform internal combustion engines to run on hydrogen. He later affirms: “A small amount of hydrogen added to the air intake of a gasoline engine would enhance the flame velocity and thus permit the engine to operate with leaner air to gasoline mixture than otherwise possible. The result, far less pollution with more power and better mileage.” In 1995, Wagner, Jamal and Wyszynski, at the Birmingham , of University Engineering, Mechanical and Manufacturing>, demonstrated the advantages of “Fractional addition of hydrogen to internal combustion engines by exhaust gas fuel reforming.” The process yielded benefits in improved combustion stability and reduced nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbon emissions. 

Roy MacAlister, PE of the American Hydrogen Association states the “Use of mixtures of hydrogen in small quantities and conventional fuels offers significant reductions in exhaust emissions” and that “Using hydrogen as a combustion stimulant it is possible for other fuels to meet future requirements for lower exhaust emissions in California and an increasing number of additional states. Relatively small amounts of hydrogen can dramatically increase horsepower and reduce exhaust emissions.” 

At the HYPOTHESIS Conference, University of Cassino, , June 26-29, 1995, a group of scientists from the University of Birmingham, UK, presented a study about hydrogen as a fraction of the fuel. In the abstract of that study it stated: “Hydrogen, when used as a fractional additive at extreme lean engine operation, yields benefits in improved combustion stability and reduced nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbon emissions.” 

In the Spring of 1997, at an international conference held by the University of Calgary, a team of scientists representing the Department of Energy Engineering, Zhejiang University, China, presented a mathematical model for the process of formation and restraint of toxic emissions in hydrogen-gasoline mixture fueled engines. Using the theory of chemical dynamics of combustion, the group elaborated an explanation of the mechanism of forming toxic emissions in spark ignition engines. The results of their experimental investigation conclude that because of the characteristics of hydrogen, the mixture can rapidly burn in hydrogen-gasoline mixture fueled engines, thus toxic emissions are restrained. These studies and other research on hydrogen as a fuel supplement generated big efforts in trying to develop practical systems to enhance internal combustion engine performance. A few of them materialized in patented devices that didn’t’t reach the level of performance, safety or feasibility that would allow them to reach marketing stages. 

California Environmental Engineering (CEE) has tested this technology and found reduction on all exhaust emissions. They subsequently stated: “CEE feels that the result of this test verifies that this technology is a viable source for reducing emissions and fuel consumption on large diesel engines.” 

The American Hydrogen Association Test Lab tested this technology and proved that: “Emissions test results indicate that a decrease of toxic emissions was realized.” Again, zero emissions were observed on CO. Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Vehicle subjected to dynamometer loading in controlled conditions showed drastic reduction of emissions and improved horsepower.

Corrections Canada tested several systems and concluded, “The hydrogen system is a valuable tool in helping Corrections Canada meet the overall Green Plan by: reducing vehicle emissions down to an acceptable level and meeting the stringent emissions standard set out by California and British Columbia; reducing the amount of fuel consumed by increased mileage.”

Additionally, their analysis pointed out that this solution is the most cost effective. For their research they granted the C.S.C. Environmental Award. 

We also conducted extensive testing in order to prove reliability and determine safety and performance of the components and the entire system. As a result of these tests, we achieved important breakthroughs as far as the designs of the components were concerned. We have since increased the hydrogen/oxygen production significantly. This has resulted in increased effectiveness on engine performance.

The results of these tests were able to confirm the claims made about this technology: the emissions will be reduced, the horsepower will increase and the fuel consumption will be reduced. 

From researching the Internet we also found the following information

To best describe how Hydrogen Enhanced Combustion works, we are providing this excerpt from a University Technical Report, written by Mr. George Vosper, P.Eng.; 

...a Hydrogen Generating System (HGS) for trucks or cars has been on the market for some time. Mounted on a vehicle, it feeds small amounts of hydrogen and oxygen into the engine’s air intake. Its makers claim savings in fuel, reduced noxious and greenhouse gases and increased power. The auto industry is not devoid of hoaxes and as engineers are sceptics by training, it is no surprise that a few of them say the idea won’t work. Such opinions, from engineers can’t be dismissed without explaining why I think these Hydrogen Generating Systems do work and are not just another hoax. The 2nd law of thermodynamics is a likely source of those doubts. Meaning ...the law -would lead you to believe that it will certainly take more power to produce this hydrogen than can be regained by burning it in the engine. i.e. the resulting energy balance should be negative. If the aim is to create hydrogen by electrolysis to be burned as a fuel, the concept is ridiculous. On the other hand, if hydrogen, shortens the burn time of the main fuel-air mix, putting more pressure on the pis ton through a longer effective power stroke, and in doing so takes more work out, then this system does make sense. 

Does it work? Independent studies, at different universities, using various fuels, have shown that flame speeds increase when small amounts of hydrogen are added to air-fuel mixes. A study by the California Institute of Technology, at its Jet Propulsion Lab Pasadena, in 1974 concluded: 

The J.P.L. concept has unquestionably demonstrated that the addition of small quantities of gaseous hydrogen to the primary gasoline significantly reduces CO and NOx exhaust emissions while improving engine thermal efficiency 

A recent study at the University of Calgary by G.A. Karim on the effect of adding hydrogen to a methane-fuelled engine says 

... The addition of some hydrogen to the methane, speeds up the rates of initiation and subsequent propagation of flames over the whole combustible mixture range, including for very fast flowing mixtures. This enhancement of flame initiation and subsequent flame propagation, reduces the Ignition delay and combustion period in both spark ignition and compression ignition engines which should lead to noticeable improvements in the combustion process and performance 

What happens inside the combustion chamber is still only a guess. In an earlier explanation I suggested that the extremely rapid flame speed of the added hydrogen oxygen interspersed through the main fuel air mix, gives the whole mix a much faster flame rate. Dr. Brant Peppley, Hydrogen Systems Group, Royal Military College , Kings ton , has convinced me that insufficient hydrogen is produced to have much effect by just burning it. He feel’s that the faster burn is most likely due to the presence of nascent (atomic) hydrogen and nascent oxygen, which initiate a chain reaction. I now completely agree. Electrolysis produces “nascent” hydrogen, and oxygen, which may or may not reach the engine as nascent. It is more probable that high temperature in the combustion chamber breaks down the oxygen and hydrogen molecules into free radicals (i.e. nascent). The chain reaction initiated by those free radicals will cause a simultaneous ignition of all the primary fuel. As it all ignites at once, no flame front can exist and without it there is no pressure wave to create knock. 

The results of tests at Corrections Canada’s, Bowden Alberta Institution and other independent tests reinforce the belief that combustion is significantly accelerated. They found with the HGS on, unburned hydrocarbons, CO and NO, in the exhaust were either eliminated or drastically reduced and at the same R.P.M. the engine produced more torque from less fuel. 

Recently I took part in the highway test of a vehicle driven twice over the same 200-kilometre course, on cruise control, at the same speed, once with the system off and once with it on. A temperature sensor from an accurate pyrometer kit had been inserted directly into the exhaust manifold, to eliminate thermal distortion from the catalytic converter. On average, the exhaust manifold temperature was 65°F lower during the second trip when the Hydrogen Generating System was switched on. The fuel consumption with the unit off was 5.13253 km/li. and 7.2481 km/li. with it on, giving a mileage increase of 41.2% and a fuel savings attributable to the unit of 29.18% 

From the forgoing, the near absence of carbon monoxide and unburnt hydrocarbons confirms a very complete and much faster burn. Cooler exhaust temperatures show that more work is taken out during the power stroke. More torque from less fuel at the same R.P.M. verifies that higher pressure from a faster burn, acting through a longer effective power stroke, produces more torque and thus more work from less fuel. The considerable reduction in nitrous oxides (NOx} was a surprise. I had assumed that the extreme temperatures from such a rapid intense burn would produce more NO.,. Time plus high temperature are both essential for nitrous oxides to form. As the extreme burn temperatures are of such short duration and temperature through the remainder of the power stroke and the entire exhaust stroke, will, on average, be much cooler. With this in mind, it is not so surprising that less NOx is produced when the HGS is operating. 

Assume a fuel-air mix is so lean as to normally take the entire power stroke (180°) to complete combustion. Educated estimates suggest the presence of nascent hydrogen and oxygen decreases the burn time of the entire mix by a factor of ten (10). If a spark advance of 4° is assumed, the burn would be complete at about 14° past top dead centre. Such a burn will be both rapid and intense. The pis ton would have moved less than 2% of its stroke by the end of the burn, allowing over 98% of its travel to extract work. The lower exhaust manifold temperatures observed when the Hydrogen Generating System was in use can be viewed as evidence for this occurrence. 

Power consumed by this model of the electrolysis cell is about 100 watts. If an alternator efficiency of 60% is assumed, then 0.2233 horsepower will produce enough wattage. Even on a compact car, a unit would use less than ¼ % of its engine’s output, or about what is used by the headlights. The energy regained from burning the hydrogen in the engine is so small that virtually all of the power to the electrolyser must be considered lost. That loss should not, however, exceed V4%, so that any increase in the engine’s thermal efficiency more than ¼ %, is a real gain. 

An engineering classmate suggested a grass fire as a useful analogy to understand combustion within an engine. The flame front of a grass fire is distinct and its speed depends in part on the closeness of the individual blades. If grass is first sprayed with a small amount of gasoline to initiate combustion, then all blades will ignite almost in unison. In much the same way, small amounts of nascent oxygen and hydrogen present in the fuel-air mix will cause a chain reaction that ignites all the primary fuel molecules simultaneously. Faster more complete burns are the keys to improving efficiency in internal combustion engines. Power gained from increased thermal efficiency, less the power to the electrolysis unit, is the measure of real gain or loss. It follows from the foregoing paragraph that even a modest gain in thermal efficiency will be greater than the power used by an electrolysis unit. The net result should therefore be positive. Thus onboard electrolysis systems supplying hydrogen and oxygen to internal combustion engines, fuelled by diesel, gasoline or propane, should substantially increase efficiencies. 

While the auto industry searches for the perfect means of eliminating harmful emissions, consideration should be given to what these systems can do now, since the HGS considers reduction of harmful emissions even as the engine ages. Almost all unburned hydrocarbons, CO and NO,, are eliminated. Reducing hydrocarbons and CO causes a slight rise in the percentage of CO2 in the exhaust, but as less fuel is used, the actual quantity of CO2 produced is reduced by roughly the same ratio as the savings in fuel. In brief, noxious gas is almost eliminated and greenhouse gas is decreased in proportion to the reduction in fuel consumption. Nothing I have learned so far has lessened my belief that the benefits of using electrolysis units to supply hydrogen to most types of internal combustion engines are both real and considerable.

Continued dependence upon fossil fuels is detrimental to public health and is a dangerous experiment that may have no point of return for civilization, as we know it. Nine Americans die each hour due to air pollution.

U.S. Energy expenditures amount to about 440 billion dollars per year. About 50 percent of our energy is produced from foreign oil. military presence throughout the planet’s oil-rich areas to secure the oil-supply lines costs hundreds of billions of dollars each year. These great expenses curb investment in capital goods and our economy suffers.

Finding a solution to the difficult problems of energy sufficiency, environmental damage, and air pollution is imperative. The solution must provide convenience for near-term market acceptance and utilize renewable resources.

Hydrogen burns more rapidly than hydrocarbon fuels because it is smaller and enters combustion reactions at higher velocity, has lower activation energy, and incurs more molecular collisions than heavier molecules. These characteristics make it possible to use mixtures of hydrogen with conventional hydrocarbon fuels such as gasoline, diesel and propane to reduce emissions of unburned hydrocarbons. Transition from fossil fuels to renewable hydrogen by use of mixtures of hydrogen in small quantities with conventional fuels offers significant reductions in exhaust emissions. Using hydrogen as a combustion stimulant makes it possible for other fuels to meet future requirements for lower exhaust emissions in California and an increasing number of additional States.

Mixing hydrogen with hydrocarbon fuels provides combustion stimulation by increasing the rate of molecular-cracking processes in which large hydrocarbons are broken into smaller fragments. Expediting production of smaller molecular fragments is beneficial in increasing the surface-to-volume ratio and consequent exposure to oxygen for completion of the combustion process. Relatively small amount of hydrogen can dramatically increase horsepower and reduce emissions of atmospheric pollutants.
