Xtra is our new formula "covalizer" for diesel cars and trucks. One 16 ounce bottle treats 166 gallons. We tested a 2005 pickup truck with a 5.7 liter diesel engine, and it went from 19 mpg to 26 mpg on our scientific mileage test. Your milage may vary.
Xtra breaks the covalent bonds of diesel fuel to make it more vaporizable such that it burns more completely.
Instructions from the back of the bottle:
Add one ounce to every 10 gallons of diesel fuel, prior to fill-up for maximum fuel efficiency.
