NCE Electrolyte for HHO
NCE Electrolyte is a great alternative to caustic for the sake of preventing damage to aluminum since it's non-corrosive in solution

- Cool operation of the Hydrogen Generator
- Pour fresh water through the hydrogen generator, then pour in Apple Cider Vinegar and leave it there for a few minutes, drain and then flush with fresh water and finally with distilled or reverse osmosis purified water.This prepares and cleans the generator of residual contaminants and prepares for the use of NCE.
- Check for kinks or loops in the hoses, particularly the hose that feed water to the Generator.
- Since Hydrogen Gas Generators vary so widely in production you'll have to experiment with NCE to determine how much you will need to achieve the desired gas production
- Warming the NCE solution for as long as it takes to warm it - is one way to activate it or get it going.
NCE electrolyte should not degrade or need to be replaced. It is not converted by electrolysis. Only the water is electrolyzed.
NCE is not a consumable! If you need to drain the Hydrogen Generator, keep the electrolyte and use it again later.You can pour it through a screen or cheese cloth to clean it of contaminants if need.
