NCE
Benefits:
- Non-corrosive to aluminum in solution
- Steady and prodigious gas production relative to current
- Cool operation of the Hydrogen Generator
- Pour fresh water through the hydrogen generator, then pour in Apple Cider Vinegar and leave it there for a few minutes, drain and then flush with fresh water and finally with distilled or reverse osmosis purified water. This prepares and cleans the generator of residual contaminants and prepares for the use of NCE.
- Install or re-install the Hydrogen Generator if necessary.
- Check for kinks or loops in the hoses, particularly the hose that feed water to the Generator.
- Heat about 1 1/2 cups of distilled water (or reverse osmosis water) in a microwave oven for about 30 seconds until warm. Note that heating on the stove may work as well.
- Add ½ ounce of NCE (that’s ¼ of a 2 ounce bottle) to the heated water and throughly mix it
- Pour the throughly mixed solution into your reservoir.
- Power up the Hydrogen Generator and observe the measured current.
- This step is to be done only after you are measuring current and probably best to do it while it's producing gas. Add water until the level is about ½ of an inch to an inch below the bottom of the black reservoir cap
- Now with the water at the proper level and producing gas, measure the current flow clamp a DC Amp Probe on the positive power feeder wire for the Hydrogen Generator, and observe the level of current. Add small amounts of NCE and stir it in into the reservoir with a wooden or plastic stir stick, waiting each time for the current to increase and stabilize, usually occuring sometime up to 30 minutes. Repeat until you get to the target current level based on 1.7 amps of current per liter of engine size. The table below gives a handy approximate nominal current level, based on the size of your engine in liters: 10 amps should requre less than 1 oz of NCE if you performed the steps of adequately mixing warm water with the NCE before adding it to the reservoir.

NCE electrolyte should not degrade or need to be replaced. It remains in the fuel cell and only the water is electrolyzed. NCE is not a consumable! If you need to drain the Hydrogen Generator, keep the electrolyte and use it again later. You can pour it through a screen or cheese cloth to clean it of contaminants if need.
Charging with NCE is done only once initially and should not be needed again, though you may need to add a drop or two of NCE due to dissipation, to maintain the appropriate current level for your car or truck.
