The Plan to Bring You
Free Electricity
After years of
fighting the system, it's apparent to me that the
best way to bring out
a technical revolution is to involve the masses. Up till now big
business, corrupt politics and the controlled media
have taken the place of free enterprise in America.
The best way to get it back is
to let the people know what big business is costing
them in technical advancements, and to let them
share greatly in the fruits that will be brought
about by reviving it.

In the late ‘80s
we were ready for the electric revolution, but we
failed to see the importance of critical mass
public awareness. We made the mistake of thinking
that all we needed was a working model of the
technology. It was a great learning experience.
You can read all about that in a book I wrote
called, "The Alternative". I wrote that book from a prison cell when the state
of California kidnapped me and put me in prison
without a trial or a conviction. They were willing
to play that card (put me in jail) mainly because of their fear of
mass public awareness. (Read the book.)
We've learned that when the
public is involved, the rules change. However, the
media can't be relied upon to inform them. Freedom
of the press belongs to those who own the press. That dog won't bite its master
either. The media won't promote anything that
challenges the apparent interests of its largest advertisers and
stockholders.
When I operated a program to break
their media freeze, the response I got was: “Go
directly to jail... Don't pass Go, and don't collect $200. My Public Awareness Advertising Plan
got me thrown in prison without a trial! There was
no trial, because they had no time for a trial. I
ran an ad on nationwide TV which showed me cutting a
power line, with the voiceover announcing that the
American people could disconnect from the electric
company and never pay an electric bill again.
I made
so much money selling an information kit from that
ad, that I turned a million dollar ad campaign into
a multi-million dollar ad campaign in a couple of
months. At the rate I was going, every time an
American turned his TV on, he would have been
watching me cut a power chord with my little chant.
It caused the US Supreme Court to take a major risk
in a precedent setting move they have only made once
(to my knowledge) in all of US history (read the book.) They condoned
putting an American citizen into prison without a
trail or conviction.
My wife asked my lawyer, “How can
they get away with doing this to my husband?” The
answer showed me why public awareness is so
important. The lawyer replied, “They can do
anything they want to do, to anyone they want, as long as there aren't too many people
watching.” The key is to get many people watching!
When I assembled 600 people in
Los Angeles to witness my initial technology, all it
got me was arrested. My technologies were
confiscated without anyone seeing anything. We later
proved we could make virtually free electricity with
no pollution, in a court of
law, but that was like the proverbial tree falling
in the woods without a sound. The media refused to
cover the event.
I'm convinced now that I have to be
clever to get past all the dirty tricks employed to
stop free enterprise in North America.
The goal is
to have a massive demonstration in most every state
in the Republic of the United States, and every territory
of Canada for good measure.
My goal was to get into
each separate state in the hopes that there might be
one governor who would want what I have to offer,
listen more to his people, or have a unique energy
problem and have to listen.
I have learned enough
about the legal system to know how they try to
conceal their true motives with “Consumer
Protection”.
If anyone claims to have such a technology, the
court would give the Attorney General and/or the
Sheriff the right to come and get it ostensibly to have it
"tested" by an independent and unbiased scientist to see if it really does work. In fact
they can do that if I am making that claim to anyone
who is expected to give me money for any purpose at
all.
If I were claiming to already have such
a technology, even though no one pays anything for a
free electricity registration or gives anyone any
money to get involved as a witness, they would still
be able to conjure their right to confiscate and test
the device.
If I do not claim to have a free energy
device, they cannot measure what does not exist. The
last time that was done to me, the independent
and unbiased scientist who tested my technology,
just happened to work for Consolidated Edison
Electric Company in California.
Needless to say,
they found that the technology did not work.
I
noticed there was no punishment of any kind for the
expert after we later proved in court that I was
able to make free electricity and all the criminal
charges were dropped.
It seems dumb to gamble with the future of the world by betting on the
integrity (or bravery) of a scientist who is
probably already owned by my opposition. If he says
my stuff works he’s dead and if he says it doesn't’t
he is rich. What would any family man do?
 Having at least two
machines to be seen in every state exposes the state’s deception of protecting the
consumers by testing the technology for them,
because that ploy only works if you just confiscate
ONE of the TWO for testing. If you take them both
you're trying to stop it. If you take ONE then
you're testing it.
The fact that one is being demonstrated
before a huge football stadium full of people while
an independent and unbiased scientist is
testing the other one keeps him unbiased.
So, there
have to be two machines at each demonstration; one they can take and one we can demonstrate.
Two
Woodstock Rock Concerts in every state would be hard
to keep quiet, and impossible for the media to
ignore. We would not only get past the dirty tricks
of the legal and political system, but we’d get the
media in the bargain. Two football stadium-sized
events to demonstrate the end of pollution and energy shortages would be too
much even for the spin-meister media not to cover.
We determined the size for the
one hundred demonstrations by
counting backwards. If there were 16 million homes
that had a 30 kWh generator on them pumping all
their excess power back into the grid 24 hours a day
for all 365 days a year, then we could provide ALL the electricity this
nation consumed last year with some to spare. In fact it
comes close to 1.5 times as much.
So, there would be
no reason to disconnect more than about 15% of the
homes from the grid and let those homes feed the
grid all the power it needs. It certainly does
decentralize power production (we will discuss that
more fully further on in this essay.)
So, our goal
would be to locate 16 million homes to use as our
power plant.
That's a lot of voters to get the attention of the
politicians. It would neutralize them at worst and
make supporters out of them at best. In fact 1/100th of that number in every state would be a lot of
voters for the governor or state
congresspersons to tick off.
A scientist in one
state testing one of the two devices in that state,
while knowing there are 70,000 witnesses watching
the other one perform, would be a little unnerving
for him as well, especially with the same thing going on in all 50 states
and Canada at once!
Of course, it's a tall order to
get 16 million people in this country behind us,
especially with all the media, Attorney’s General,
BBB (Big Business Bureau), and other members of the
good ol' boy team on the hunt. So, we got the idea
of initially getting only ten percent of the number
we really want. Then, after they've come to the
event and the technology has been proven, we'll
allow each of them to go home and offer nine of
their friends and family the option to disconnect from their
energy bills for the rest of their lives also; that
way, starting with only 1.6 million witnesses, we could
get all 16 million participants quickly.
One hundred demonstrations divided into
1,600,000 witnesses means we can invite 16,000
witnesses to each demonstration. That's a lot. Each
of them coming in a car means a lot of cars. Why not
encourage them to bring some friends to this
historic event? We figured that with an average of
four people per car, that would up the attendance to
64,000 witnesses. Some of them may have friends who
want to bring their own carload, so filling a
football stadium with 16,000 witnesses invited and
registered to come should not be a problem.
So, we
have been busy trying to locate the initial 1.6
million people who are willing to come to 100
demonstrations with 2 in each of the fifty states.
The idea is to have the
demonstrations on the same day and at the same hour.
Until that time - we will NEVER claim to HAVE a completed free electricity
device, so there is nothing to confiscate until the
day of the event. We plan to drive in with the demo
units set up on flatbed trailers as self-contained
demonstrations. I guess the officials will have to
get a court order and disappoint a whole football
stadium full of witnesses to haul one off to a
private place to test it for “consumer protection”.
I doubt that even one of these demo units will be
confiscated. That means that two football stadiums
full of witnesses in the state will be encouraged to
witness the events. There will be one hundred
football stadiums with somewhere between 6 and 7
million people who will eyewitness the event across
the United States. I would say that this achieves
the deterrent of there being far too many people for
the opposition to play the usual “dirty tricks”.
Of
course the media will have to cover the event and
either tell people it did or did not make free
electricity. The genie will pop right out of that
bottle. But, in addition to the fact that the public
is aware, we will also be well on our way to gaining
every home we need for grid access to replace all
the oil and nuclear power plants with very
green energy. All we have to do then is fund and
build them.
Funding 16 million 30 kWh
generators could get pretty expensive. If the most
rich and powerful people in the world do not want to
see this happen, it would be unreasonable to think
that the banking system will be anxious to loan us
the money to build them. So, what is the plan to
finance such a massive undertaking? We are going to
let the initial 1.6 million witnesses start the
funding and then let the electric companies provide
the rest of the funds. The little incentive to the
initial 1,600,000 witnesses that is going to get
them determined to come to the event, no matter what
the media, big business, or public officials do to
dissuade them, is the promise that they may never
pay an energy bill at their home ever again
- possibly for the rest of their life!
Everyone who
signs up for notification and comes (or sends
someone else) with their notice to the event, is
slated to be
rewarded with an allocation of up to 26,000 kWh of
free electricity every year for as long as we can
sell the excess power produced by our units. The
average ALL ELECTRIC home uses about 17,000 kWh, so
this allocation is about 1.5 times as much as the
average home uses that is ALL electric (appliances,
hot water, heat, air conditioning, lights, and
motors.) They could cheaply convert to electric
heat, hot water, appliances and have all the power
they need for everything for free.
That carrot will
get them to the show. When the technology is proven
at the show, they can offer their
friends and relatives an opportunity to also get set free. Their
friends (who may even have scoffed at them for being
so foolish to believe in free lunches) may be seeing
all over boob tube news that it's
real.
They may even have been invited to see it in
person by our pre-registered witness, but the only way anyone can get signed up for the same offer of
free electricity you'll have if you are
pre-registered for free is after the demo to pay $2,000 for the privilege.
There’s no
problem with charging people for the registration
after
it’s proven - but if you have a registration and you
made it to the demo you'll already have your free
registration. So, our 1.6 million witnesses
(hopefully including you) are
going home and many will offer nine of their friends
the chance to pay a
mere $2,000 to ultimately be disconnected from the
grid and possibly never pay an energy bill again as
long as they live! Half of that money will be used
to build a free electricity machine for our initial
witnesses. The other half will go to our UCSA dealers for
them to use to prepare their businesses.
Since UCSA gets half the income
and the dealer involved gets the other half, there
is plenty of money to build the initial 1.6 million
units with the money paid by people who come in
after the demonstrations.
But how do we fund the other 14.4
million units? There are two answers to that. If the
banking community realizes that we can get all our
funding whether or not we get it from them, I
believe they will want to make loans to us to fund
the building of these units and it can be done
faster than five years. Assuming the worst, we can
fund the other 14.4 million units with the cash flow
from selling the electricity through the
deregulation to the electric companies. They will be
forced one way or the other to buy it (see a little
further on.)
The fact is that one 30 kWh unit puts
out 262,800 kWh per year minus the 26,000 allotment
for the witness is a net of 236,800. ITEC shall sell
this power for 5 cents per kWh for an annual income
of $11,840 per unit (the payback for UCSA is well under one
year even though the units are designed to produce
electricity for possibly as much as 100 years.)
In the first year of a five year
plan we start off with the 1.6 million units on our
witnesses homes. They throw off enough income to
build another 1.6 million units for year number two.
That means in our second year we have the original
1.6 million and the other 1.6 million bought with
the first year’s cash flow, for a total of 3.2
million free electricity machines in place.
Of
course these throw off enough cash flow to build
another 3.2 million units for a total of 6.4 million
units going into year number three. Then, 6.4
million units throw off enough cash flow to fund
another 6.4 million units for a total of 12.8
million units going into year number four.
It's easy to see that all 16 million units to provide
150% of all the electricity needs of this country,
without any oil pollution or potentially
lethal radiation contamination, could be built
within 5 years of starting, even if the bankers
refused to make any loans to us at all! That is
precisely why they will not be able to resist and
that will enable us to just do this as fast as the
units can be built. There is nothing in short supply
involved in the process... certainly not copper or
magnets.
So, you can see that the key to the
whole plan is not only to have the technology ready,
but also to get the witnesses. If we have the
technology without the witnesses, the tree shall,
once again, fall in the woods with no one to hear it
and no sound will be made (as it did in the late
80’s)!
Now let me briefly reveal what
can be done to force the cooperation of the electric
utilities in this effort. In the first place the
electric utilities have to be mindful of public
opinion as well. Even though they have been
deregulated (I believe due in large part to my own
efforts with Congress in 1996) it does not mean it
will be easy to get their cooperation. They most
likely do not want to deal with mavericks like us,
but, if we have our way, they will not have a
choice.
When the demonstrations reveal the technical
truth, that will go a long way toward making the
change. But, these guys have some alliances that
will be hard to terminate. In the first place, many
of them will resist giving us our price for
electricity at 5 cents per kWh.
Many places
currently pay far less than that for it. But, cities
like New York City, L.A., San Diego, Honolulu,
Chicago, and other places where they are paying a
big price for power and the dense population will
not let them pollute or build nuclear plants to
provide their power, will have no problem paying our
price. So, we will sell it mainly in those places
first. We can put our little 30 kWh units on homes
anywhere to feed any grid. Our first two years of
expansion are pretty much guaranteed.
Even if the
big boys have competing technology, they will not
bring it out until they lose that much market
share. If there are those who resist buying our
power, even though they mark it up to over a dime,
they will not only have a problem with public
perception, but they will have a problem with other
technologies that we could employ to give them fits.
Technologies like the Negawatt Circuit and the
Tornado Engine.
When we get to the point
that we have converted a large enough segment of the
market share, it will also become apparent that we
have a green energy source that can eliminate the
oil pollution and public perception (even
though only about 15% of the residential market will
ever be directly connected to us) will force a major
change in power production.
Of course with a large
segment of the supply on our side of the ledger, we
will be able to put the coal guys out of the acid
rain production business by merely dropping our
wholesale prices for one year. Ours is almost all
profit, and once the unit is paid for, there are no
fuel costs to produce electricity for the grid.
They can’t compete.
One-third of the power used in
this country is used by commerce. One-third is used
by industry. The other third is residential.
In the
manner in which we are proposing to decentralize the
power production in this country we will still be
working with the electric utilities to maintain
almost all of the market. Only 15% of one-third of
the market will not be buying power from them. That's a loss of only 5% of the total overall market to
eliminate the need to produce any of the power at
costly power plants.
Over 95% of the total consuming
market will remain in tact, and we could supply it
all. Why do you think the utility companies have
been selling their power plants? If we decided to go
the other way, and start disconnecting the big
industrial or commercial users you would witness the
failure of all utility companies.
We believe we have
the technology that could eliminate them, but, that's

happy about losing the control they now exercise
over the liberty of the people of this nation by
having them dependent upon the centralization for
their energy needs.
We can have a dramatic effect on
the abuse of the grid with the Tesla
Coil wireless alternative to the grid. Our plan is
good for America and it is good for freedom. It will
create far more jobs than it displaces. We still
need the meter readers and grid tenders. We just do
not need the same number of power plant personnel.
But we will create a lot of jobs building these
units and all the control devices for them, and
installing and maintaining them. We also could use
American labor and manufacturing to create jobs at
home supplying all the other countries of the world
with hardware.
In conclusion, why crapshoot with
what we have to offer? People who say we do not need
this kind of public awareness to get this job done
may be right, but, we believe that, overkill or not,
this approach is unstoppable. We have fought a long
and difficult battle. We've witnessed firsthand,
how ruthless (and effective) our opposition is.
We
would rather over estimate them and easily defeat
them than under estimate them and lose the only
chance we may ever have to advance a sane energy
alternative in America. All we want is a chance to
prove our technology without their “dirty tricks” on
a level playing field.
